Sri Lankan student found dead in Ctg

A Sri Lankan student of a Chittagong university was found dead beside a seven-storey building in Foy's Lake area in the city yesterday morning.
Ehesan Irfan, 23, of the area, was a final year MBBS student of the University of Science and Technology Chittagong.
He went to the nearby building to meet one of his Sri Lankan classmates living in a room on the sixth floor Tuesday, said police, adding that he slept on the roof alone at that night.
Irfan might have committed suicide by jumping off the roof as he was frustrated over his unexpected results in the examinations, Khulshi police Inspector (Investigation) Sukanta Chakraborty, quoting his friends.
