Soumya Sarkar and Mosaddek Hossain will play in both the practice matches against England ahead of the Test series, while the likes of Sabbir Rahman and Al-Amin Hossain will feature in one game each.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) yesterday announced the teams for the two-day practice matches against England set to take place at the MA Aziz Stadium in Chittagong on 14-15 and 16-17 October.
While Sabbir will captain the BCB side in the first match, Soumya will lead the team in the second. Aside from the above-mentioned players, the likes of Rubel Hossain and Mehedi Hasan Miraz were included in the matches from the BCB's 20-member pool for the England series.
The make-up of the teams seems a lot more balanced than the teams announced for the preparatory matches prior to the ODI series with an equal number of pacers and spinners.
