Bangladesh Test squad leaves for Zimbabwe
Bangladesh's Test cricket team left for Zimbabwe in the early hours of Tuesday ahead of the single Test against the African nation, starting from July 7.
The Mominul-Haque led side left Dhaka at 4:00am in the morning. Ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan will join the team tomorrow straight from USA.
This will be Bangladesh's first tour of Zimbabwe in eight years. The Tigers will play three ODIs and three T20s following the Test match.
The total contingent will leave for Zimbabwe in three phases. The players of the ODI side will leave on July 9 while the T20 players will leave on July 16.
Bangladesh players will have to stay in quarantine for only one day upon reaching Zimbabwe. All the matches will be held at the Harare Sports Club.
