Tushar, Mossaddek strike tons

Twin tons from Tushar Imran and Mossaddek Hossain propelled Prime Bank South Zone to 318 for the loss of five wickets against Islami Bank East Zone on the third day of the BCL match at BKSP's ground four.

Tushar started the day on 22 not out while Mossaddek was on 42. Tushar scored a 163-ball 105 before he was removed by Alok Kapali, out bowled. Mossaddek struck 110 from 226 deliveries and was the last South Zone wicket to fall on the third day. Sohag Gazi bagged three wickets for 65 runs.

BCB North Zone vs Walton Central Zone

In the other match of the day, BCB North Zone's Dhiman Ghosh missed out on a ton after a 112-ball 93. Earlier, Jahurul Islam, who started the day on 152 not out, fell after adding another six runs to his name. BCB North Zone declared there innings on 457 for the loss of nine wickets.

Walton Central Zone struggled in their second innings as well and at stumps were seven down for 234 runs.

Raqibul Hasan hit a 152-ball 10 before he perished off the bowling of Sohrawardi Shuvo, out stumped. Subashish Roy, Farhad Raza and Shuvo all bagged two wickets each.
