Road crashes kill 3
Countrywide road accidents killed three people and injured 11 others yesterday and Monday.
Our Jessore correspondent reports, a person died and six others were injured when a three-wheeler turned turtle on Jesore-Khulna road in Hatbila area yesterday.
The deceased Abdul Gaffar, 50, of Shakharigati village, was a Krishi Bank official of Rupdia branch.
Our Brahmanbaria correspondent reports, Rajib Mullah, 21, of Ghatura village died and five people were injured when a CNG-run auto-rickshaw collided head-on with a tractor on town-bypass highway in Birashar village on Monday.
A correspondent from Chittagong adds Robiul Alam Sakib, 7, son of Nurul Alam of Churnapara, died after being hit by a tractor in Anwara upazila yesterday.
