Release of “Ek Cup Cha” gets underway

For the first time, celebrated film actor Ferdous is set to emerge as producer through his upcoming movie “Ek Cup Cha”. Although there are a number of guest artistes in the film made under the banner of Nuzhat Films, Ferdous, Moushumi and Indian actress Rituparna Sengupta will play the key roles.

The guest actors include Alamgir, Amal Bose, Omar Sani, Nirob, Emon, Nipu Humayara Himu and singer Akhi Alamgir.

After the success of the famous movie “Bhat De”, Alamgir and Akhi Alamgir, the father and daughter duo, will be working in the project.

Also, the late renowned actor Humayan Faridee will be seen in a cameo in the film.

A song by popular writer Humayun Ahmed has been included in the movie. Before his death, it was his last penned song.

Scripted by Basu Chatterjee, the film has been directed by Naim Imtiaz Niamul.
