Rizvi walks out of jail

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Rizvi Ahmed was released from jail on bail this afternoon.

The BNP leader walked out of Kashimpur Central Jail-2 around 5:07pm after his release order reached the jail authorities, said Jailer Nashir Ahmed.

Rizvi’s family members, including his wife, and some BNP leaders and activists received him at the jail gate, reports our Gazipur correspondent.
