Amidst the pandemic, about 50,000 Bangladeshi students opted for studying abroad mainly through online classes, as most international borders were shut. As things are gradually getting back on track, the influx of students choosing to study abroad is expected to increase tenfold.

Students who plan on studying abroad in the fall semester are gearing up for their trips; many programmes are proceeding as planned, despite the ongoing pandemic.

Bangladeshi students are mainly choosing USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Malaysia, China as their destinations of preference while applying for Bachelor's or Master's programmes.

Qazi Tushar, Chief Marketing Officer of Eduko Pathways Bangladesh, shared his insights on the matter.

"Students are opting for online classes this year as universities are getting ready to accept them on campus next year. After the initial few months of gap, we are now heading fast towards complete normalcy, which is exciting to see," Tushar wrote in an email to the Daily Star.

Eduko Pathways Bangladesh is a multi-national company leading overseas higher education consultancy in Bangladesh. Since its inception earlier this year, Eduko has sent a large number of students in Canada, USA, UK and Malaysia. Top US, Australia and Canada universities have already partnered with Eduko this year based on their reputation and strength in the market.

Eduko is a venture of STS group, an established conglomerate in the country. The group owns International School of Dhaka (ISD) and Delhi Public School (DPS) and now jointly supports Universal College Bangladesh (UCB), Bangladesh's first and only government approved international education provider, bringing the world-class Monash College to the country.

"Students who apply abroad need help in getting their papers processed the right way to have a fair chance in getting their visa approved; years of knowledge and experience from a good set of counselors play a significant role in lodging successful applications, and also allow students to get significant scholarships through our direct partnership with well reputed universities", says Qazi Tushar.

Eduko also provides skilled assistance with student SOPs, admission essays, LORs, along with full visa application support which significantly increases students' chances of obtaining visa for their dream study destinations.

While many dodgy student placement services in the country place charges to students applying through them in terms of file opening and visa application fees, Eduko has a 'zero charge' policy  for all their services, which is an added benefit.

The company is covering significant grounds in a short time, and with such clear intentions in helping students find the right way to apply, Eduko Pathways Bangladesh is set to become a major player in the industry.
