Students of Daffodil University visit South Korea

A team of students from Daffodil International University (DIU) attended a three week credit-based education exchange programme in South Korea. The 11-member team attended Asian Summer Programme under the supervision of Professor Dr. Yousuf M. Islam. The programme is designed to train the students, with the aims of building cross-culture communication, skill development, confidence building, career enhancement as well as mutual understanding among the representatives of participating countries.
A total of 350 students from 10 countries participated in the programme, which began on July 8, 2013 at Busan, South Korea.  The programme helped the students become familiar with the diverse cultures of Asia. DIU has enrolled itself in “Dongseo Asian Initiative Programme” taken by the Dongseo University, South Korea to attract foreign students and researchers.
