PM's all-party government

The PM has suggested an all-party government system. I believe this is a very good idea as delegates from all political parties can monitor the election process. In a way, all parties will be in power and will have a say in everything. I urge all political parties to examine the feasibility of such a system and weigh all pros and cons and give this a serious thought before going on a rampage.
