Top leaders of major political parties—BNP, Jamaat-e-Islami, and Islami Andolan Bangladesh—are set to join the July Declaration programme at Manik Mia Avenue in Dhaka this afternoon at the invitation of Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus.

BNP's five-member delegation will be led by Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, according to BNP media cell member Sayrul Kabir Khan.

Standing Committee members Mirza Abbas, Abdul Moyeen Khan, Nazrul Islam Khan, and Salahuddin Ahmed will also join.

Sayrul said the decision to attend was finalised during a BNP Standing Committee meeting held last night at the party chairperson's Gulshan office.

Yunus invited the party leaders to attend the event, he confirmed.

A five-member delegation from Islami Andolan Bangladesh, led by its Ameer Rezaul Karim, will also attend the event, the party said in a statement.

The team includes Presidium Member Ashraf Ali Akon and Joint Secretary General Maulana Gazi Ataur Rahman.

Jamaat has also confirmed its participation in the event.

A four-member team led by Nayeb-e-Ameer and former lawmaker Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher will represent the party.

The delegation comprises Secretary General and former MP Mia Golam Porwar, Assistant Secretary General Maulana Rafiqul Islam Khan, and Assistant Secretary General and former MP Hamidur Rahman Azad.

Yunus will formally read out the "July Declaration" at 5:00pm from the rally stage set at the South Plaza of the National Parliament Building.
