Fire at residential building in Dhaka’s Gulshan-1 doused

A fire that broke out at a building in Dhaka's Gulshan-1 area this afternoon has been doused.

The fire originated on the eighth floor of a residential building around 4:00pm. Seven firefighting units doused it around 4:45pm, said Lima Khanam, duty officer of Fire Service Headquarters.

The cause of the fire couldn't be known immediately.
