Jackson's ex-wife may seek children's custody
Debbie Rowe, Michael Jackson's ex-wife who gave birth to his two elder children may go to court seeking their custody, even as reports emerge claiming that it is soul diva Diana Ross, who has been named the back-up guardian in the pop star's 2002 will.
Rowe, a former nurse who had divorced Jackson in 1999, after a three year marriage had given up her parental rights to the artiste in 2001, but is now considering a bid for the custody of Prince Michael, 12 and Paris Catherine, 11, reported Los Angeles Times.
The pop legend's three children are currently in the custody of his mother, Catherine Jackson, 79, who has also been named as the custodian of Jackson's estate as per the pop star's will written in 2002.
Jackson chose close friend Diana Ross, 65, to raise his three children if his mother is 'is unwilling or unable' to do so, while no mention has been made of Rowe, who some reports claim was merely a surrogate and not the biological mother of the legend's two elder children.
