Drug addicts clash again
At least 40 people were injured in a clash yesterday between two groups of drug addicts in Sirajganj town as a sequel to a previous feud. The clashing groups damaged and ransacked 20 houses and 10 shops in the area. Police and locals said that the clash took place at Railway colony, Mirpur and Mahmudpur. The rivals chased each other and hurled brickbats for three hours leaving 40 of both the groups injured. Police rushed to the spot and fired five rounds of tear gas shells to disperse the clashing groups.
