2 Jubo League leaders held

Police yesterday detained two Jubo League leaders on charges of manipulating tender at UNO office under Biral upazila, police said. Abul Kalam Azad, 39, sports secretary of Dinajpur District Jubo League unit and Md Jasim, 25, member of Dinajpur Jubo League were jointly resisting other bidders from dropping schedules. It sparked scuffles with the bidders creating panic in the area. Although police detained the two leaders any case is yet to be filed till filing of the report in the afternoon.
