Bima, Badda relegated

Sadharan Bima and Badda SKS dropped down to the Second Division Cricket League for the next season when they lost their respective matches in the First Division Cricket League yesterday.
Rupali Bank and Uttara SC, who were the other two teams in the relegation zone of the league, are now safe and have retained their places in the confederation.
Sadharan Bima lost to Rupali Bank by 93 runs at the Dhaka University Ground. Batting first, the bankers were bowled out for 213 in 50 overs with Bima's Mithun picking up a four-wicket haul.
Bima's innings then folded for 120 with more than 10 overs to spare as Monirul picked up four wickets for 28 runs.
In the other match at the Dhanmondi Cricket Stadium, Uttara defeated Badda by 63 runs. The winners batted first and made 249-9 in the stipulated 50 overs, with Khairul and Shafiqul chipping in with 74 each. Shafiqul then picked up five wickets to wrap up Badda's innings at 186 in 47.3 overs.
