Good potato harvest

The potato harvest was indeed remarkable this year and so would be the wheat cultivation particularly in the west and the north-western region of Bangladesh. However, the boro harvest will be better if fertilisers, pesticides and water are applied timely and sufficiently.
The food ministry must undertake procurements at the prices fixed reasonably. The packing, transport & storage of potatoes must be ensured at the field level and all the food go-downs must be repaired, painted and cleaned before the food grains are purchased, transported & stored across the country.
