Police team to join UN mission in Congo
A 125-member team of police will join the United Nations' peacekeeping mission in Congo.
Some 63 members of the team will leave Dhaka tonight to join BANFPU-2 contingent while the rest 62 members on Wednesday.
Police Super M Aminul Islam will lead the team, said a Police Headquarters release yesterday.
Currently, a total of 1,072 members of police are working in the UN peacekeeping missions in different countries across the world.
