Four Red Cross workers freed in Afghanistan

Taliban rebels have freed four International Committee of the Red Cross workers, two of them foreign nationals, captured four days ago, a provincial government spokesman told AFP.
"I can confirm that they have been freed. They were handed to an Afghan ICRC worker," said Abdul Udood Pashtunzar, a spokesman for Wardak provincial government where the men were released.
