Indian RMG unit in Dhaka EPZ shortly

An Indian company will set up a woven and knit garments industry in Dhaka Export Processing Zone involving US$ 9.776 million or about Tk 67 crore.
This 100% foreign owned company, Lenny Apparels Limited, will also create employment opportunity for 1620 Bangladeshis and 61 foreign nationals.
An agreement to this effect was signed between Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority and Lenny Apparels at Bepza Complex here yesterday.
