Ford rejects NZ talks
Kent coach Graham Ford has dismissed speculation linking him with taking up a similar role with New Zealand.
Newspapers in New Zealand are suggesting Ford is on the shortlist to replace John Bracewell.
The South African, 47, has admitted he expressed an interest in the role but said there has been no contact since.
He told BBC Radio Kent: "When New Zealand were touring here they did speak to me but I'm pretty sure they've got their man."
He added: "It was only a brief phone call and I did express some interest to explore the option but since then I have heard nothing from New Zealand cricket.
"It would have to be something pretty tremendous to lure me away from Kent, I'm thoroughly enjoying myself and we have had an enjoyable summer."
