Dr Md Fazlul Bari, professor of Water Resources Engineering Department of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (Buet), has been appointed vice-chancellor of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (Ruet).
President and Chancellor of the university has appointed Dr Bari as the Ruet VC, said an official release yesterday.
Ruet acting vice-chancellor Prof Dr AFM Anwarul Haque has been relieved of the post.
