Train derails in Rangpur

Two compartments of a train derailed at Rangpur railway station yesterday.
Superintendent of the station Solaiman Ali Akhand said two wagons of a Parbotipur-bound goods train derailed at the outer signal area of Rangpur station at about 4:00pm.
He informed that a relief train was coming from Lalmonirhat to restore the derailed compartments. But no relief train reaches to the spot when this report was filed yesterday.
