Road crash kills Bangladeshi expatriate in Malaysia
A Bangladeshi expatriate living in Malaysia was killed when a lorry ploughed through a restaurant at Jahur Baru town close to Kuala Lampur on Saturday.
The victim was identified as, Sohag, 25, son of Abdul Malek Mia of Aratpattri in Goalanda municipality area.
Quoting his Malaysian colleagues, Sohag's family members here said the speeding lorry crashed into the walls of the hotel, injuring Sohag and others while they were having breakfast in the hotel on Saturday morning.
The injured were taken to a nearby hospital where Sohag and four others succumbed to their injuries in the afternoon.
Sohag, the eldest son of Abdul Malek, went to Malaysia in May last year and was working in a multinational steel mill company.
