India yesterday.

After the seventh round, GM Abdullah Al Rakib earned five points, GM Enamul Hossain Razib and IM Minhazuddin Ahmed Sagar earned 4.5 points each while FM Taibur Rahman, FM Debaraj Chatterjee and WIM Shamima Akter Liza earned four points each.
Rakib beat Indian Karthikeyan Murarli, Razib beat Indian IM D.P. Singh, Taibur lost to Indian Gurpreet Singh Maras, Parag lost to Ukrainian GM Vovk Andrey, Sagar beat Idian Deepthamsh Reddy and Debaraj beat Indian KS Raghunandan.
U-19 women's football
Bangladesh U-19 women's team suffered a 1-0 defeat against India in their first match of the Asia U-19 Women's Football Championship qualifying round at the Hang Jebal Stadium in Melaka, Malaysia yesterday.
Indian striker Nikhil Thumbayil scored the winner in the 77th minute of the match. Bangladesh will play their second and final match against Uzbekistan tomorrow.
Div-II Hockey
PWD recorded a 4-3 win over Dilkusha SC in the Green Delta Insurance Second Division Hockey League at the Maulana Bhasani Hockey Stadium yesterday.
Faruque struck twice while Saddam Hossain and Shahajada scored one goal each for PWD. Rahim struck two goals while Masum netted one goal for Dilkusha SC.
In the day's other match, Shantinagar SC beat Tejgaon Agragami 1-0 with Raihan scoring the winner.
