Death anniversary

Today is the first death anniversary of journalist Mehedi Masud.
On the occasion, recitation from the holy Quran and doa mahfils will be held at Mohila Madrasa and Lilla Baording in Bagerhat, Al Jameatul Kaomi Madrasa in Madaripur and Baitul Mamur Jame Mosque in the capital's AGB Colony, said a press release.
He worked for Bangla-desh Television, Brac Bank, and cellphone company Nokia.
