JS session on Sept 4

The 14th session of the ninth parliament gets underway on September 4 at 4:00pm.
President Zillur Rahman yesterday in his constitutional authority convened the session, read a Parliament Secretariat press release.
The Business Advisory Committee, led by Speaker Abdul Hamid, will sit on that day to decide the business of the ensuing session of the parliament, which started its journey on January 25 of 2009.
The session is likely to be very brief.
The BNP-led opposition lawmakers may not join the upcoming session as they have been boycotting the House since March this year.
