Death anniversary

Today is the eighth death anniversary of Santosh Gupta, an eminent journalist and writer.
To mark the day, Santosh Gupta Smriti Parishad will place wreaths at his memorial at Postagola Crematorium at 9:30am, says a press release.
Santosh, senior assistant editor of the Dainik Sangbad, was famous at home and abroad for his post editorials under the pen name of Aniruddha.
He wrote 16 books on arts, poetry, politics, literature and journalism. He died in 2004 at the age of 80.
