Free treatment camp

A daylong camp for treatment of eye, tooth and cleft palate patients was held in Gomostapur upazila yesterday. Local lawmaker Ziaur Rahman inaugurated the programme on the upazila health complex premises. Child Sight Foundation organised the event with the financial assistance of USAID under its free treatment programme. A team of physicians led by Dr Alamgir Hossain treated over 400 patients. Upazila nirbahi officer Khandakar Yeasin Arefin was also present.
