Borai Jono champions

Borai Jono Kalyan Sangsad became champions in the second division
cricket league as they defeated The Modern Club by three wickets at
the Shahid Miraz-Tapan stadium in Manikganj yesterday.
Batting first, The Modern Club were all out for 127 runs in 23.4
overs. Kayes top scored with 33 runs while Niloy added 19 runs. Nashit Khan of Borai Jono picked up three wickets while Kamrul and Subir took two wickets each.
In reply, Borai Jono reached 130 runs in 25 overs losing seven wickets. Ashish top scored with 44 runs while Ashraful made 26 and Nashit Khan added 22 runs. Rubel Junior took two wickets for The Modern Club.
A total of 16 teams took part in the Second Division Cricket League.
