U-19s win with plenty to spare

The Bangladesh Under-19 team crushed their English counterparts by ten wickets in a practice match at the Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong yesterday.
Batting first, the visitors were skittled out for just 85 runs in 38.5 overs with Ben Foakes and Aneesh Patel scoring 26 and 25 respectively.
They were the only batsmen to have touched the double-figure mark as Al-Amin, with three wickets, and Mosaddek Hossain and Nasum Ahmed, with two each, took control of the proceedings.
Later, Anamul Haque's blazing 46 off 55 balls (six boundaries; two sixes) helped the home side to an early finish as he and Liton Kumar took only 14.5 overs to reach the target.
