'Session jam-free JU a challenge'

Jahangirnagar University (JU) Vice Chancellor (VC) Prof Shariff Enamul Kabir said it was a challenge for JU authorities to make the university free from session jam.
English department was the role model in this regard, as there was no session jam in this department at all, he added.
He was speaking as the chief guest at a farewell programme arranged by the Department of English for the graduate students of its 35th batch at Zahir Raihan Auditorium in the university on Saturday evening.
Prof Shariff suggested that students should make the best use of their merit and talent in their professions and promote their departments' reputation.
