Decentralisation
Bangabandhu was assassinated, along with other members of his family, by the vested quarters before he could implement his dream. He planned to divide Bangladesh into fifty provinces thereby appointing fifty governors. I wish he lived long enough to make it happen. The people would have been immensely benefited once the decentralisation was done.
The incumbent prime minister is the daughter of Bangabandhu. Now it is her responsibility to implement her late father's dream and this is the best way to pay respect to late Bangabandhu. With decentralisation, employment opportunities will be created at every nook and cranny of the country and then people won't have to come to Dhaka in search of a job.
It will reverse the trend of Dhaka-bound migration of the people every day in search of livelihood. This is the way to keep Dhaka as a livable city as well as mitigate the sufferings of the city dwellers to a great extent.
Honourable Prime Minister, please make it happen and present the people with a better tomorrow.
