The holy Eid-ul-Azha will be observed across the country on November 7, as the new moon of the month of Zilhajj was sighted yesterday.
The National Moon Sighting Committee took the decision in a meeting held at the Islamic Foundation after reviewing reports on moon sighting from different parts of the country.
The meeting was held at Baitul Muqarram National Mosque yesterday evening with M Ikramul Haque, joint secretary and acting director general of the Islamic Foundation, in the chair.
