9-day laptop fair ends today

The 9-day fair 'Eastern Plus BCS Laptop Bazaar 2011' ends today, said a press release.
The fair was organised to mark the inauguration of the country's first marketplace for laptops and other similar mobile devices at the Eastern Plus Shopping complex at Shantinagar in the capital.
Fifty-two ICT companies and various renowned brands took part in fair with their laptops, notebooks, netbooks and other mobile devices.
Organisers said visitors showed interest mostly in Bangladesh's own laptop Doel. All the models of Doel were showcased at the fair.
Visitors said it is a good thing to have a place for only laptops and other similar mobile devices.
And shop-owners hoped that the laptop bazaar would run well even after the fair.
