Accused kills plaintiff hours after bail
The accused in a case killed the plaintiff at Bhagiratpur village under Narsingdi Sadar upazila hours after their release on bail from jail on Sunday.
The victim is Chandraban Begum, 40, wife of Mohammad Ali of the village.
Anwar Hossain, officer-in-charge of Sadar Model Police Station, said Chandraban had a long standing rivalry with her neighbour Ali Ahmed over a disputed land.

Chandraban's husband Mohammad Ali filed a murder case with Sadar Model Police Station yesterday morning, accusing Ali Ahmed and 12 others. Police arrested accused Ali Ahmed, Saleh Ahmed, 35, and Hasina Begum while the rest have gone into hiding.
