Khataman Ara Begum

Educationist Khataman Ara Begum, former headmistress of Gul-e-zar Begum Girls High School in Chittagong and wife of former additional secretary of Education Ferdous Khan, passed away at Lalmatia City Hospital in the city yesterday at the age of 88.
She left behind her husband, five sons and four daughters to mourn her death.
She will be laid to rest at her family graveyard at Pathantuly in Chittagong.
