Fake food factory unearthed

Detective Branch (DB) of police, in a drive on Sunday night, unearthed a fake food factory in Deger Chala area of Sadar upazila and arrested four workers of the factory. The arrestees were identified as Masud, 24, Alam, 24, Shah Alam, 20, and Nahid Hasan, 22, of the same area. Acting on a secret information, DB police conducted the drive at ACL Beverage and Food Ltd and seized a huge quantity of adulterated energy drinks, mango juice, mustard oil and various food making materials.
