Historic picture exhibition ends

A weeklong exhibition of rare documents and pictures of historic events of Bangladesh from 1757 to 1971 concludes today amid much enthusiasm.
Chittagong University (CU) Museum authority organised the exhibition in association with history department on the occasion of an international seminar on “Culture and Heritage of Chittagong” held on March 31 and April 1.
The exhibition showcased pictures of kings monarchs, the masses during the War of Liberation, copy of papers and magazines from home and abroad that played a role during the War of Liberation, hand written speeches of eminent leaders and news bulletin and press releases of Mujibnagar Government.
