Tigers look to finish off NZ
With the series already in the bag, the Bangladesh cricket team have their eyes firm on making it a clean sweep as they take on New Zealand in the fifth and final one-day international at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur today.
If the Tigers can make it 4-0, it would be their first whitewash against a top-flight Test-playing nation and their seventh overall.
Bangladesh Television (BTV) will telecast the match live from 9:00am.
In a tense affair, the Tigers beat the Kiwis by 9 runs in the crucial fourth one-dayer on Thursday. The hosts have won the first and third matches of the series while the second game was washed out.
Coach Jamie Siddons has confirmed that they have no intention to make any changes as they want to bring out consistency from the current playing XI and also because the team is looking to finish the series with a win.
