Gagarin Astro Festival 2010 begins today

The three-month Gagarin Astronomical Festival 2010 begins at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in the city today with a view to attracting more people towards astronomy and disseminating the latest information among them.
Bangladesh Astronomical Association and Russian Centre of Science and Culture are jointly organising the festival.
Noted astrophysicist Dr Aniket Shule of India will inaugurate the programme at 5:00pm.
The programme will remain open for all, says a press release.
