Robbery in Cox's Bazar

Armed robbers looted valuables from four vehicles injuring 15 people on Cox's Bazar-Teknaf highway at Thainkhali Dhala in Ukhia upazila on Sunday morning.
Witnesses said a gang numbering 15/20 swooped on the vehicles, including a night coach, two goods-laden trucks and a microbus putting barricade on the road early in the morning.
Later, they took away cash taka, gold ornaments and mobile phone sets after beating the passengers mercilessly.
