'Hundi' money recovered

Members of Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) recovered 'hundi' money amounting to Tk 4 lakh from Burirhat border in Kaliganj upazila early Friday. Acting on a tip-off, a team of BDR chased a gang of 'hundi' traders late at night when they were trying to smuggle the money out to India. Sensing presence of the border guards, the gang fled the scene leaving behind the bag containing the amount.
