It's Bangabandhu Krirasebi Kalyan Foundation again

The Youth and Sports Ministry yesterday decided to reinstate the original name of the Bangladesh Krirabid Kalyan Trust which is Bangabandhu Krirasebi Kalyan Foundation.
The decision was taken at the trustee board meeting of the Bangladesh Krirabid Kalyan Trust with State Minister for Youth and Sports Ahad Ali Sarker in the chair.
A statement issued by the ministry said that the Bangladesh Krirabid Kalyan Trust was known as Bangabandhu Krirasebi Kalyan Foundation with a fixed deposit of Tk 7 lakh and the father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman approved the foundation on August 6, 1975. Later at different times, the foundation's name has been changed.
The trust provides onetime allocation to financially insolvent athletes.
Youth and Sports Secretary Mahbub Ahmed, renowned organiser M Harunur Rashid, Bangladesh Women's Sports Council president Rafeya Akhter Dolly and prominent sports personality Jobera Rahman Linu were among others present in the meeting.
