An appeal

I am Shafatun Nahar, an SSC examinee of 2009, Roll No.513724, of Chittagong Board. My board is destroying my student life. Still I haven't got my results after two months of publishing of the same.
The Board says that my result will not be published. The case is that I stayed two years in class IX for better preparation in Fatikchari Girls' High School, Fatickchari, Chittagong. My schoolteacher made me fill-up my registration form two times in two years. I don't know how many times I should fill up my registration form. I finished my exams very well. No authority said anything about registration within this time (from class IX to SSC exams). My father applied to the board for getting my results but the Board says that they will not publish my results due to registration twice.
Now I seek your assistance to save my student life. Please help me to get my results.
