Fahad wins sub-jr chess

FIDE Master Mohammad Fahad Rahman became unbeaten champion in the Azimuddin Bhuiyan Trust 33rd National Sub-Junior Chess Championship which concluded at the Bangladesh Chess Federation hall room yesterday. Fahad earned 6.5 points to clinch the title. In the last round yesterday, Fahad drew against Tanzina Akter Tani, who became champion in girls' section with 5.5 points.
Subrata Biswas became runner-up with 5.5 in the boys' group while Jannatul Ferdous became runner-up in girls' group.
