Seven teachers expelled for allowing unfair means

Seven teachers performing duty at three SSC examination centres in Gobindaganj upazila under Gaibandha district were expelled on the second day of the examinations yesterday for allowing a few examinees to exchange question papers illegally. 

The expelled teachers are Radhikanath Gun, AKM Shamsul Alam Mollah, Azadul Islam, Meria Parvin and Abdul Aziz, working at Nakaihat High School centre, Ujjal Kumar at Rampura BL High School, and Khokon Chandra Sarker at Harirampur High School in Gobindaganj upazila.

These teachers were expelled as they allowed eight students to exchange their question papers at the centres during the Bangla second paper examination yesterday, said Tofazzur Rahman, controller of examinations of Dinajpur Education Board.
