Case filed over 3 Natore Jubo League men murder

A murder case was filed in connection with the murder of three Natore Jubo League men in Dinajpur.

Redwan Sabbir and Abu Abdullah from Natore Sadar upazila's Kanaikhali and Sohel Rana from Rothbari were found shot dead in Dinajpur on December 5.

Rokhsana Begum, mother of Redwan Sabbir who was a member of convening committee of Natore municipality unit Jubo League, filed the case with Natore Sadar Police Station accusing 15 unnamed persons yesterday.

According to police, the Jubo League men were shot point-blank in the head.

Earlier, Sabbir's mother filed a missing diary with Natore Sadar Police Station on Sunday after he went missing on Saturday night, our Natore correspondent reports quoting police sources and the victims’ families.

Finger was pointed at Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) over the murder of the trio, which the elite force categorically denied.
