Woman found dead in house in Ctg

A woman was found dead in her Chandgaon house of Chittagong city on Thursday night.
Nurjahan, 20, daughter of Nazir Ahmed of Teknaf, had been living with her cousin Md Jalal, 28, and his wife Bulbuli Akther, 22.
Police recovered the body bearing signs of bruises on the forehead, throat and chest.
Somebody tried in vain to rape her and, later, the perpetrator strangled her, suspected Chandgaon police Sub-inspector Samiuddin, adding that Jalal was detained.
