Road crashes kill 4, injure 1

Three female day labourers were killed as a bus ran them over near Bhaberchar Bus Stand area on Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Gazaria upazila of Munshiganj yesterday.

The deceased were Hamida Begum, 45, Kanan, 35, of Comilla and Rahima Begum, 40, of Tengar Char of Munshiganj.

Meanwhile in Dinajpur, Arman Hossain, 18, of Bishnupur village was killed and his co-rider injured when a tractor hit their motorcycle in Chowrangi area of Khansama upazila.
